No, all paid Gift Card cannot be amended, returned or refunded. SnowBear is not liable for delivery of a Digital Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Is it a one-off Gift Card?

Yes! When you use a Gift Card online, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the Gift Card. If your purchase totals less than the value of the Gift Card, any remaining balance won't left on your Gift Card to spend in future and additional value cannot be added to any Gift Card and change will not be given.

When does the Gift Card expire?

Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Can I modify the value of a Digital after I've paid for it?

No, all paid Gift Card cannot be amended, returned or refunded.

When is the Digital Gift Card sent to the recipient?

Digital Gift Cards will be sent to the recipient once the payment has been accepted by SnowBear. An order confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser. 

Why can't I receive the Gift Card in my inbox?

Please make sure you've entered a valid email address. If your email address is a Hotmail account, the Gift Card email may fall into your Promotions / Spams / Junk folder. Check and/or empty your junk email folder - if your inbox is full, you won't receive new messages, including Gift Cards. If you still cannot find the email, please email us and we will investigate further.

Can I receive a refund after I've paid for my Gift Card?

Refunds, returns or exchanges will not be given for the purchase of Gift Card. Lost, stolen, destroyed or used cards cannot be replaced, refunded, restricted in any way or exchange for a new Gift Card.

Can I apply discount/promo codes on a Gift Card?

Any discount/ promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.
